We are seeking a seasoned Client Success Strategist to join our team at Gripped | B2B Digital Marketing Agency for SaaS & Tech.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering innovative digital sales and marketing strategies for various customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive client success plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
  • Conduct regular reporting and analysis to ensure the effectiveness of client success initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform strategy and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
