Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide valuable insights.
  • Manage key customer accounts to drive growth and generate revenue.
  • Lead negotiations on new or renewal agreements with key customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and become an industry expert.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer success or account management.
  • Familiarity with customer databases and order/invoice processing.
  • A strong team player with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
  • Understanding of CRM systems.
