Customer Success and Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities- Work closely with departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide valuable insights.
- Manage key customer accounts to drive growth and generate revenue.
- Lead negotiations on new or renewal agreements with key customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and become an industry expert.
- Previous experience in customer success or account management.
- Familiarity with customer databases and order/invoice processing.
- A strong team player with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
- Understanding of CRM systems.

What We Offer- A competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure (£45,000 - £55,000 per year).
