About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Scale team at Braze. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our scale customers by building strong relationships, driving value realization, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, high-value accounts and driving customer growth. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing customized success plans to drive customer value realization and growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customer executives and technical teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support
  • Identifying and addressing customer pain points and providing strategic guidance to drive business outcomes
  • Driving customer advocacy and growth through strategic initiatives and program development
  • Providing regular business reviews and analytics to customers to ensure alignment and success
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing complex, high-value accounts and driving customer growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • A strong understanding of SaaS and customer engagement platforms
  • A passion for building strong relationships and driving business outcomes
