About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to drive growth and efficiency for our clients in the financial services industry. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our platform and services. Your primary focus will be on driving Monthly Active User (MAU) growth within key accounts and maintaining overall account health using data-driven approaches.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Account Management, to identify new opportunities and minimize churn risk. Your expertise in navigating complex enterprise organizations and building strong relationships with clients will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer success plans to drive MAU growth and overall account health
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to identify new opportunities and minimize churn risk
  • Navigate complex enterprise organizations to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze client feedback and deliver insights to internal teams to inform product development and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide thought leadership and guidance to clients
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an Enterprise-focused customer-facing role, preferably in a Customer Success or Management Consulting capacity
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and their application in the financial services industry
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner
  • Proven track record of driving growth and efficiency in previous roles
