Customer Success Specialist

Our client, an innovative Fintech start-up, is seeking a commercially driven Customer Success specialist / Account Manager to oversee existing client relationships and explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities across the UK & EMEA region.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements, as well as a thorough knowledge of our portfolio of products and solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need to:
- Achieve >50% revenue growth within the existing key customer base
- Play an integral part in generating new sales (upsells/cross sells) that develop long-lasting relationships
- Develop trust relationships with major clients to prevent them from turning to competitors
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
Based in London/Greater London, this role requires 3 days in the office.
