As a Customer Success and Growth Lead, you will play a vital role in shaping our client relationships and driving business expansion.

You will leverage your expertise in Customer Success, Relationship Management, or similar fields to drive customer satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction & Growth: Foster satisfaction and expand relationships within an assigned customer portfolio.
  • Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Identify opportunities and develop tailored growth strategies to expand customer relationships.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience working in a Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar role.
  • Experience of working within a Sustainability tech focused business (desirable).
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to prioritize, execute projects, and manage time effectively.
  • Empathetic, customer-first attitude.
  • Experience with SaaS, required.

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
