**About the Role**

Growth & Company is seeking a highly skilled Director of Growth to lead our go-to-market strategy, driving growth across sales and digital marketing. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting targets across various markets and channels.

**Job Summary**

  • Develop and execute market-specific strategies across paid social, paid search, email, influencers, affiliates, and organic channels to unlock new opportunities.
  • Lead impactful initiatives that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Use analytics to inform strategy, optimize performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and campaign performance to refine targeting, enhance strategies, and achieve profitability goals.
  • Communicate clear insights and results to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared success across teams.

**Requirements**

  • Growth leadership experience with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and meeting targets across various markets and channels between $10m to $30m.
  • Digital marketing expertise with experience leveraging digital channels to boost sales and brand visibility.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to generate insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Budget management skills with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and optimizing sales and marketing spend to achieve the best ROI.
  • Relevant experience in a marketing role in a consumer goods business with affinity for e-commerce and performance improvements in complex processes.
