We are looking for a talented Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales professionals to consistently achieve or exceed targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a focus on high-quality lead qualification.
- Collaborate with Pre-sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to enhance sales strategies and outcomes.
- Provide precise sales forecasts and insightful reports to senior leadership.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and leverage data insights to inform sales strategies.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and the professional development of team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Sales Director or senior sales leadership role, ideally in professional services
- A strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading successful sales teams.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a diverse team.
- Expertise in building and managing sales pipelines and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in CRM tools.
- Collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous team and process improvement.
Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
