Moloco, a leading machine learning company, is looking for a Customer Success Lead to join their Implementation team. In this role, you will work closely with the New Business Sales team to ensure a smooth handover from sales, build outstanding client relationships, and sustainably scale new accounts before handing them over to the Growth team. As a key member of the Implementation team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customer base by onboarding and scaling accounts during their crucial first 90 days.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $110,000 - $140,000, depending on experience. Moloco is headquartered in Silicon Valley, but we have offices across the globe, providing opportunities for collaboration and growth. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful transition of new accounts into long-term management, analysing campaign data to understand performance, and identifying opportunities for growth.
