  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform future decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
