**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Fin - Sustainable Logistics. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing logistics operations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service.

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to optimize logistics operations and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.

**Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in account management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
