About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to drive growth within the country market.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee staffing, training, performance management, and process improvements.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills, and experience managing teams in a fully remote business environment. Analytical skills with data interpretation and technology familiarity are also essential. Estimated salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
