**Job Role:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Telephone Operations Agent to join our Guest Experience team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting hotel services and products to drive revenue growth and exceed guest expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through the telephone operations channel.
  • Upsell and cross-sell hotel services and products to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless guest interactions and resolutions.
