Luxury Guest Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at The Savoy, a Fairmont Managed Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless communication with all teams and attention to detail.

\

You will handle internal and external calls to housekeeping, distribute information efficiently, and set teams up for success. Working on a rotational basis, morning, evening, and weekends, you will be accountable for staffing levels, timesheets, holiday requests, sickness, telephone calls, and requests.

\

You will liaise with Front Office reception, Floor Housekeepers, Contractors, and other departments to ensure seamless communication. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels.

\

You will also require proven organisational skills, the ability to work independently, and enthusiasm and positivity with the ability to build trusting relationships. A keen eye for detail and flexibility to work different shifts are also essential.
