About the Job:

In this critical role, you will work closely with our Front Office Manager to ensure that every guest receives a personalized and memorable experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to guests regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Coordinating guest room assignments, moves, and upgrades, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional communication.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Requirements:
