Luxury Guest Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at The Peninsula London. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a high-profile flagship hotel in one of the world's most iconic cities.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering impeccable service to hotel guests, with a focus on providing a heartfelt welcome and personalized experiences. This role will involve ensuring smooth operations of arrival and departure experiences, managing daily operational challenges, and maximizing room and front office revenue through various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage guest interactions and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed guest expectations
- Analyze guest feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant systems
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
