Luxury Guest Experience Manager

As a Luxury Guest Experience Manager at The Landmark London, you will be responsible for consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. You will work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience.
Key responsibilities include being aware of activities in the city, establishing contacts with local restaurants, performing all reasonable services a guest may require, and ensuring the proper handling of master keys, guest messages, mail, packages, flowers, and fax.
This is a permanent position, working 44 hours per week on a shift rota. The salary for this role is approximately £30,000 per annum, based on the cost of living in London.
