Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our team at Conrad London St James.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of the Guest Relations & Duty Manager team.
  • Design and deliver tailored VIP guest experiences, ensuring each guest receives personalized amenities and attention.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify VIP guests and coordinate their stay.
  • Agree budgets and manage resources effectively to ensure cost-efficient delivery of luxury services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of leading teams in a 5* hospitality environment.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Degree in hospitality management or equivalent.

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
