Job Summary

At Rapport Guest Services, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest management services, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for employees and guests.
  • Take ownership of the reception areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and reporting any issues promptly.
  • Escort guests to meeting rooms on client floors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Perform room checks to ensure high levels of cleanliness and that all rooms have the correct branded items.
  • Work closely with the corporate services team and other service providers to deliver excellent service.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service is essential, with a preference for corporate or five-star hotel experience.
  • An up-beat individual with integrity and a can-do attitude.
  • Passionate about delivering great service and taking responsibility for their contribution to the team.
  • A customer-focused team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and lead by example.
  • Previous front-of-house experience in a luxury hotel environment or premium airline is preferred.
