  • Be adaptable and flexible when dealing with ad hoc duties, potential shift changes, or location transfers, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a talented individual who possesses:

  • Front-of-house reception experience in a luxury hotel, premium airline, retail, or corporate environment.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality, and excellent communication abilities.
  • The ability to adapt and flex their working style to suit different environments and situations.
  • An excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • A quick learning ability, with a willingness to develop new skills and knowledge.
  • An understanding of professional etiquette and a keen attention to detail.
  • The capacity to work effectively under pressure, responding proactively and intuitively to changing circumstances.
  • Flexibility to travel across London within the M25 region, primarily focusing on Central London and Canary Wharf locations.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a very competitive salary package, inclusive of a comprehensive benefits scheme, which includes pension provision, store discounts, and life assurance. Working hours are typically 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, on rotating team shifts between 7am and 7pm, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
