Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a seamless and personalized guest experience
  • Welcoming and acknowledging guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Acting on guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure effective communication and guest satisfaction
  • Flexible and adaptable to providing ad hoc services as required
  • Operating in accordance with Rapport Guest Services standards

Requirements

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist role, an outgoing personality, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key requirements include:

  • A strong command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and act proactively
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate business environment
