Job Description


Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience Manager to join our team.


The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to build rapport easily with clients, colleagues, and customers, and possess a flexible approach to their job.



  • Maintain the appearance of meeting rooms and welcome visitors to the site;
  • Manage attendee lists and assist visitors with check-in and ensure they are looked after during their meeting;
  • Oversee meeting room bookings, including setup and preparation for events;
  • Liaise with the client team for diary management and coordinate internal and external requests for space;
