Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our CX team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences through strategic outbound communication and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce operational costs.
- Lead the offshore team in our Manila support office to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer experience and service delivery.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in customer experience management. You should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer experience management, customer support, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize customer pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Experience with CX software and tools, such as Google Suite and Zendesk.
