Customer Experience Manager

Get Recruited Ltd is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for managing project mobilisation, purchaser communications, completions, handovers, and home demonstrations, as well as snag and defect management.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a Customer Experience, Senior Customer Experience, Customer Relationship Manager, or a similar role. New Build Residential experience is required, and snag and defect management skills are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage project mobilisation, purchaser communications, completions, handovers, and home demonstrations, snags and defects, and contractor management throughout the defects liability period which includes reporting and administration.
  • Working closely with purchasers or other agents providing the best level of customer experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
  • Manage one or more projects at a time.
  • Lead weekly meetings to discuss defects and general performance.
