About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Redefined Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our managed accounts channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer-centric brand plans to drive business growth and revenue
- Collaborate with commercial teams to understand customer needs and preferences
- Project manage the implementation of activation platforms and tools to ensure seamless execution
- Own the delivery of technical specifications and agency management to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Develop and execute visibility toolkits to showcase our brands to customers and consumers
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or marketing with a focus on customer experience
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a team
- Passionate about brands and the industry
