Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (B2C) to join our team. This role involves building strong relationships with our B2C customers, acting as a trusted account manager to help them achieve their goals.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure they feel valued and supported.
- Identifying opportunities for customers to maximise their usage and driving utilisation.
- Solving any problems that arise and collaborating closely with Sales, Payments, and Support teams.
- Helping customers with any issues or questions they have about their vehicle.
- Becoming a point of contact for customers and ensuring they receive seamless experiences and resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements for this role include:
- A bubbly, charismatic, and friendly personality.
- At least 1 year of experience in Business Development Management, Customer Success Management, or Team Management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Resilience and ability to stay positive and professional in challenging situations.
- Confident in building customer relationships and comfortable with engaging with groups of customers face-to-face.
- Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.
