About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Guest Experience Manager to join our Central Reservations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through excellent communication and attention to detail.

You will work closely with site teams to ensure seamless interactions between guests and our restaurants. This includes managing bookings, cover optimisation, and social media engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone manner, great email writing skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you are a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
