The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile/Scrum programme management, with experience in leading large-scale B2C digital programmes. They will also have knowledge of web apps, information systems, digital marketing solutions, and social media platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering innovative solutions and improving customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and delivery of new user and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Experience, Development, and Experience design teams.
  • Manage budgets and schedules within your portfolio of work, supported by a PMO team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum programme management on a B2C platform.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
