Job Description

Crisis is a national charity for people experiencing homelessness, and we are looking for a Customer Experience Lead to support our shops in achieving exceptional customer service standards. This role involves working closely with the Shop Manager and Assistant Shop Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience, process stock, and maintain the look and feel of the shop.

The successful candidate will have experience in retail operations, customer service, and volunteer management, with a strong focus on delivery and results-driven approach. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience, is offered, along with a range of employee benefits, including pension scheme, annual leave, and wellbeing leave.
