About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Customer Success strategy and function. As a key member of our growth engine, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expansion. With a strong focus on customer-centricity, you will develop and execute strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a customer-centric approach aligned with business goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, fostering trust and understanding
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer initiatives
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team, empowering them to achieve excellence
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, including leadership roles
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven customer strategies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Familiarity with the dental or primary care space, with existing connections and networks
  • Competitive compensation package, including base salary up to £80k, plus bonus potential
