Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners to promote the company's reputation and achieve business objectives.
  • Design and execute training programs to educate staff on procedures and standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, monitoring performance and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Front Office and Quality Department to ensure smooth integration of services.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to the Board and Head of Lifestyle Boutique on department performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable rates and terms.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with experience in public speaking and negotiation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience working in a luxury environment, with knowledge of high-end products and services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Estimated Salary Range: £100,000 - £160,000 per annum
