Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong working relationships with staff to boost motivation and productivity.
  • Position the Lifestyle Boutique as a benchmark for excellence internally and externally.
  • Cultivate and lead a global team of expert concierges.
  • Address complex challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Design and implement comprehensive induction training for new staff.
  • Enhance department performance through data-driven analysis.
  • Oversee administrative tasks essential to department growth and success.
  • Deliver regular reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Empower staff with knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop strategies to measure and enhance sales, conversions, and upselling abilities.
Professional Requirements:
  • Excel in a luxury environment with impeccable professionalism.
  • Language proficiency: English, plus two additional European languages (Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish, French, Mandarin).
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in luxury hospitality or similar industries, adept at navigating office settings.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at handling multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
  • Superb communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset, building strong teams, and fostering inclusivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Publisher.
Salary Range:

£100,000 - £140,000 per annum
