Job Summary: The Public House Head Office is seeking an experienced Head of Hospitality and Events Strategy to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for events and hospitality initiatives that align with our brand's vision and values.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management within the hospitality or pub industry, with experience in planning and executing large-scale events and high-profile guest events. They will also possess excellent project management skills, the ability to multitask, and strong negotiation and partnership-building skills.

This role requires someone who is a creative thinker with attention to detail, able to manage budgets and meet financial targets. If you have a proven track record in event management and are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for events and hospitality initiatives.
  • Plan and execute in-house events and guest-driven events.
  • Build relationships with suppliers, brands, and external partners.
  • Negotiate partnerships with brands for promotional collaborations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in event management, particularly within the hospitality or pub sector.
  • Strong background in event planning and execution.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
