We are seeking an experienced Head of Hospitality Events Sales to join our team and drive sales growth in the £15 billion UK hospitality sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to target and secure high-value accounts, focusing on top players in the industry.

This role requires a strong background in the hospitality events industry, with extensive experience working with companies such as CH&Co Group, Sodexo Live, or Compass Group. You will leverage your industry expertise and established network to position us as the preferred partner in hospitality events, driving market penetration and business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to target and secure high-value accounts
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract execution
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including major hospitality providers, event organisers, and venue managers

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including 25 days' holiday allowance, enhanced pension, EAP service, and significant discounts at some of London's best restaurants and bars.
