Events and Sales Development Lead

We are looking for a talented Events and Sales Development Lead to join our team at 13th Street Hospitality. The successful candidate will have a strong background in events management, business development, sales, and marketing within the hospitality industry.
The salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive unlimited commission scheme and opportunities for career growth and development across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and convert inbound sales enquiries for events across both sites.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow event business, including building relationships with corporate clients through B2B outreach.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with restaurant goals and promote events and drive awareness for Sunday in Brooklyn.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in events management, business development, sales, and marketing within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership experience, with a strong ability to develop and manage a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
