Job Description

We are looking for a talented Events and Sales Development Lead to join our team at 13th Street Hospitality. The successful candidate will have a strong background in events management, business development, sales, and marketing within the hospitality industry.

The salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive unlimited commission scheme and opportunities for career growth and development across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and convert inbound sales enquiries for events across both sites.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to grow event business, including building relationships with corporate clients through B2B outreach.
  3. Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with restaurant goals and promote events and drive awareness for Sunday in Brooklyn.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in events management, business development, sales, and marketing within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a strong ability to develop and manage a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
