We're seeking an Event Sales Executive to join our dynamic Retail Team at Clarion Events.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the design, interiors or retail sector, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and managing relationships with key clients.

The role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days' holiday, end of year wellbeing shutdown, and a pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultative selling (both telephone and face-to-face) to existing, lapsed, and potential new clients to build relationships and maximize revenue.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation, call management, and relationship building.
  • Drive new business development in challenging markets and identify new growth areas for sales.
