About the Role
Sunset Hospitality Group seeks an Event Sales Manager to drive revenue and deliver exceptional event experiences for our clients in London. The ideal candidate will have previous sales and events management experience within luxury hospitality, with a proven track record in proactive sales and client acquisition. Key responsibilities include managing private dining enquiries, creating new business opportunities through networking and account management, and ensuring exceptional guest service and communication to meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including up to 50% employee discount across all UK locations, guaranteed minimum hours, birthday off on us, meals on duty, access to employee assistance programme, Wagestream: financial wellbeing benefit that allows you access to your pay as you earn it, generous referral bonus, opportunities for international relocation, employee events, and career growth opportunities.

About You
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven individual with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in sales and events management. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with clients, manage multiple events and client requests simultaneously, and ensure seamless execution of events. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is required.
