Sales Director for Flagship Event

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead the sales team on one of our flagship events, IRX.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a sales executive, creating and delivering the sales plan, and ensuring that we achieve target revenue for the event.
As a seasoned sales professional, you will have a thorough understanding of the sales process within a sponsorship and exhibitions context. You will be confident in generating new business leads from cold calling, personal research, and industry networking.
About You- Demonstrable success in a previous sponsorship and exhibition sales role.
- Experience in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to drive sales, planning, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner with the ability to create engaging proposals that meet prospects' needs.
- Able to coach and support more junior members of staff.
- Customer-focused and understands how to build and maintain relationships.

What We Offer- £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
