  • We are seeking a skilled Sales and Events Director to join our team at Change Hospitality, where you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and exceptional event management.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and events management within the luxury hospitality sector, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, focusing on private dining, exclusive hires, and special events.
  • Manage a team of events coordinators to ensure seamless execution of events, from planning to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand standards and achieve exceptional guest experiences.

Event Management:

  • Oversee all event sales, ensuring they align with the brand's high standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Manage the private dining rooms (PDRs) and exclusive hires, ensuring each event is tailored to the client's requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Events Coordinator to ensure all event logistics, planning, and operational details are executed seamlessly.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus bonus, reflecting the importance of this role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional guest experiences. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and events, we encourage you to apply.
