Job Title: Executive Sales and Event Director

About the Company:
Our client is a premier Michelin-starred restaurant group in Luxury Restaurant Group, celebrated for world-class dining and bespoke service. We're seeking an ambitious Sales & Events Manager to drive revenue growth, attract high-profile clients, and expand the private dining and event sales across their exclusive London restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies targeting London's luxury market to maximise revenue from private and corporate events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and retain a high-value client base, engaging through proactive outreach and delivering exceptional, personalised experiences.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with luxury brands, corporations, and VIP clients to enhance brand presence and drive new business.
  • Team Management: To manage and support the Events Coordinator in all aspects of planning and support them with incoming enquiries.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales for luxury events, ideally in fine dining or hospitality; experience with Michelin-star venues preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for exceptional client service.
  • Experience in growing business through both proactive outreach and reactive sales.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 + OTE of £60,000 per annum.
