Miiro Hotels is a dynamic hospitality brand that's redefining the way people experience travel. We're seeking an experienced Sales and Event Manager to join our team in London and drive commercial success at our new hotel in Earl's Court.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-segment sales strategies to attract and retain key clients. You'll work closely with internal teams to plan and execute successful events that meet client expectations, while maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.

With a focus on maximizing commercial opportunities across bedrooms, food and beverage, and event spaces, you'll collaborate with the Head of Sales and wider global team to identify and nurture client relationships and drive revenue growth. Your ability to analyze sales targets and adjust strategies as needed will be essential in meeting budgetary targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to attract and retain key clients
  • BUILDING and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
  • Collaborating with internal teams to plan and execute successful events that meet client expectations
  • Monitoring sales metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to meet revenue goals

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
