Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic-thinking and self-motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Maison Estelle. As Event Sales and Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for introducing and securing new event business for our club, focusing on opportunities beyond our membership base. This position reports directly to our General Manager, with a dotted line to the Director of Programming and Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement a sales strategy to increase revenue from corporate events and experiences
  • To build relationships with existing and potential clients to secure new business
  • To work closely with the marketing team to promote our events and services
  • To manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
Requirements

Proven experience working as an Events Sales Manager in a luxury 5* hotel or restaurant group/lifestyle multi-outlet food and beverage operation. Ideally 5 – 10 years' experience within a sales environment with focus on corporate and commercial. Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and members.
