Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Corporate Events Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets, focusing on key accounts and new business opportunities.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and management of sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate projections and effective resource allocation.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, informing sales strategies and initiatives.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Skillset: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as hospitality, business, or marketing.
- Competitive Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
