Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our corporate sales efforts in London. As Head of Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and managing key-strategy clients, managing partnership strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage key-strategy clients
- Manage partnership strategies and ensure client satisfaction
- Negotiate and acquire contracts
- Lead business development strategy
- Work closely with the sales team on client delivery
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure solid business development strategy
- Track, analyze, and manage business relationship performance
- Lead the sales team and manage performance
- Provide management reporting
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in corporate sales with similar London-based experience
- Ability to establish relationships through personal interactions and meetings with top management
- Experience in proposition development and business development strategy, as well as strong deal origination and closing skills
- Positive and determined attitude
- People-focused and personal approach
