About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of People and Culture to join our leadership team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement people and culture strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  2. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
  3. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies.
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance on people and culture matters to senior leaders and the business.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  2. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and the business.
  4. Knowledge of HR best practices and legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
