Join Our Leadership Team

We're seeking an exceptional and passionate leader to step into the role of Executive Director of People and elevate St Giles Trust to the pinnacle of workplace excellence in our sector. As the Executive Director of People, you'll collaborate closely with our CEO and Executive Team, providing both strategic and hands-on leadership to cultivate a high-energy environment and drive our organisation's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive cultural change and develop exceptional learning experiences and high-performing staff
  • Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to cultivate a high-energy environment
  • Collaborate closely with our CEO and Executive Team
  • Develop and implement HR best practices, EDI agendas, and strategic implications
