We're looking for an exceptional and passionate leader to step into the role of Executive Director of People and elevate St Giles to the pinnacle of workplace excellence in our sector. This dynamic position is key to enhancing our people-centric culture, attracting, retaining, and nurturing top talent that embodies the rich diversity and experiences of the communities we serve.

As the Executive Director of People, you'll collaborate closely with our CEO and Executive Team, providing both strategic and hands-on leadership to cultivate a high-energy environment and drive our organisation's success. You will have a proven track record in senior people and culture roles, driving cultural change, and developing exceptional learning experiences and high-performing staff.

You will be CIPD qualified, have an in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, EDI agendas, and strategic implications. Your communications skills will need to be top-notch to succeed in this challenging role.
