Key Responsibilities:
As a Strategic People and Culture Leader at Hospice UK, you will develop and implement a comprehensive People and Culture plan that aligns with the organization's strategy and values. This will involve collaborating with senior managers to attract, retain, and develop a diverse and talented workforce.
Key Objectives:
- Develop and deliver a modern People and Culture plan that supports successful delivery of the Hospice UK strategy
- Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to understand their needs and objectives
- Work closely with senior managers to promote a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration
