Job Description

We're seeking an Event Experience Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful events, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. They'll also have a strong understanding of event strategy, budget management, and resource planning.

The ideal candidate will be able to translate client needs into project deliverables, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality project outcomes. They'll also be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and lead project meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage high-quality, complex events from design and planning through to onsite delivery.
  • Develop and execute event strategies that meet client aims and objectives.
  • Manage budgets, negotiate supplier costs, and provide regular budget updates for clients and internal finances.
  • Collaborate with technical production and creative teams to deliver high-quality events.
  • Create branding scope and deliverable briefing documents specific to different venues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, identifying new and innovative partners.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team.
  • Anticipate risks or challenges and implement solutions to mitigate them.
  • Share post-event feedback and learnings within the team and suppliers.
  • Review internal processes and implement improvements.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
