Job Summary
As a highly motivated Bar Manager, you will lead our bar operations at various London venues, ensuring exceptional service, product quality, and customer satisfaction. With a proven track record in bar management or hospitality operations, you will oversee a team of bar staff, maintain stock levels, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Monitor and improve service quality, creating a pleasant customer experience.
  • Manage bar setup, service, and closing procedures during events.

Key Skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of alcohol licensing laws and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Our estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
